QBBA - Queens & Bronx Building Association

The Queens & Bronx Building Association (QBBA) is a trade organization with more than 300 construction-related member companies. The QBBA is the only local association devoted entirely to protecting the interests of all involved in the building community -- with results. The QBBA is now over 40 years strong!. We are changing the way the City cooperates with builders and contractors and the effects filter down to many related industries.

Important Information
For All Builders, Architects & Plumbers:
For one, two, & three family houses, you must have a gas riser diagram on all approved plans. For plans that have already been approved, the New York City Department of Buildings will accept a signed and sealed gas riser diagram with your new building number on it.
